Terms of service

These terms cover purchases of digital instrumental licenses from BeaTOUPiA on Whop. By completing checkout you agree to the license you selected, to Whop's checkout terms, and to the documents on file under Legal.

Catalog beats use MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Unlimited Lease, and Exclusive Rights. Custom 5 Apply is free. Accepted Custom 5 work is invoiced separately. The rights you receive are written on the Licenses page and in the EULA.

You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, or publicly share the original instrumental files. You may not claim the instrumental as your original production on a lease.

License files are delivered on the beat page after you sign in. Exclusive Rights also includes a contract sent separately. If a file is missing, write through the contact form or Prosperlifehub@gmail.com.
